Quarantine Day 8
It was a busy day. Get up in the morning, prepared breakfast for the family. Did a new dish today and all of them loved it. Good. Cannot afford to be picky these days. Family happy, mama happy! Okay, now what's for lunch?? Think hard mama. I have to be quick, need to get ready for online workshop at 11:00 a.m. Lucky me!! My other half offered to help cook lunch today. Thank God and thank you baby for understanding.

The workshop was good actually- "Interesting ways to create love for reading". However, the speaker focused only on younger students aged toddlers to 10/11 year olds. Too bad. I was online only for about 45 minutes then I left after seeing my other colleagues signed out. It's not that the speaker was bad but her ways and techniques cannot be applied to high school students.

So, hopped on to other work that needed immediate attention. Oh my...I felt like I don't have enough hands, handling 2 mobiles and a laptop at the same time. Messages after messages kept coming in. Honestly speaking, I prefer to handle 40 students in class to the gadgets. And I know I can handle them better. Now I wish the school to be reopened and everything turns back to normal. Alas, at 1:00 p.m., there was an announcement made by the Prime Minister. He said that the MRO will be extended for another 2 weeks. Everybody will have to stay at home. No school, no work. Not a surprise, we can see that coming.

How I felt about the MRO? It's going to be bored staying at home for too long, work from home is not a thing for me, definitely. But I am grateful that the government is very serious in combating this issue and I too, will have to do my part. Just stay at home and let our brave front liners do their job. I am also glad that the police and army forces are stricter in handling the stubborn culprits who sneaked out from their homes and taking the restriction order lightly. I heard that they have arrested more than 100 selfish assholes! Good job peeps!

It's getting late. Suzynarita's signing out. I hope to visit the beach as shown in the picture above in my dreams tonight :)

Buenos noches!
